一、教学内容分析



本课时旨在通过听、说活动继续练习Section A所学句式：Where is...?/Where are...?以及方位介词on，in，under的用法。通过本课的学习，学生能够更加熟练的表达物品的方位。



二、教学目标



Teaching aims：

1) Students can master the new words, such as: radio、tape player、clock、model plane...

2) Students can use the sentence structure：

① —Where'sXXXXX? —It's in/on/underXXXXX

② —Where'reXXXXX? —They're in/on/underXXXXX

3) Students will be able to distinguish prep.in, on, under and know how to use where structure to express the location.

4)Students will learn to keep their things tidy.

Key points：Students can master the new words and Where structure.

Difficult points:Students can connect the knowledge with their daily life and use the expression fluently.



三、学习者特征分析





七年级学生的抽象思维能力较低，形象思维能力强，但注意力容易分散。因此，在教学过程中给学生展示丰富多彩的画面，精心设计竞赛、游戏等活动，以此增强学生的兴趣，唤起他们的注意力，进而充分调动学生的学习积极性和主动性。在课后布置与学生日常相关联的作业任务，让学生们能够在生活中直观地感受知识，进而巩固知识。

Ⅰ. Warm up and lead in （5’）

1.Invite students to sing the ABCs song.

2.Greet with the students

3.Use a game to review the words and sentence structure.

4.Use a tape and a tape player to lead in the new words

合唱歌曲，活跃气氛；

积极参与游戏，熟练运用所学旧知识，并对新知识产生兴趣

活跃课堂气氛，集中学生的注意力；利用图片以及游戏来复习旧句型，利用道具“磁带，播放器”来引入新单某某的学习



Ⅱ. Presentation (8’)

1.Learn the new words with the help of the pictures.

2.Show students more pictures to help them understand the new things, and ask them to finish 1a to get a deeper impression.

3.Make a competition.(boy’s team and girl’s team)

跟读新单某某，注意发音；辨认图片，加深对单某某的印象;参与分组竞赛，巩固知识，团队合作



通过图片直观地学习理解新单某某，并完成1a的练习，之后通过竞赛的模式，活跃课堂气氛，让学生认识到团结合作的重要性，并巩固知识





Ⅲ. Practice（17’）

一、Pre-listening

1.Play a competition to consolidate the words and make preparations for the listening parts.

2.Practise the sentence structure with the help of the picture.

While-listening

1. Listen for the first time and finish 1c.

2. After checking the answer , listen for another time and finish 1d.

Post-listening

Check the answers and learn some new expressions，then do some exercises.

仔细听听力，运用技巧，记下关键词。完成练习，巩固知识。

通过竞赛活跃气氛，加深单某某记忆，借助图片和单某某练习句型，并为之后的听力做准备;在听力播放之前可讲解技巧，让学生注意关键词。听后完成听力材料相关的练习进行进一步的巩固。



Ⅳ.Production（10’）

Pair-work：I will ask students to make a discussion with their partners about the things in Tom’s room.

与搭档进行对话，了解Tom的房间里面物品的位置，熟练运用句型

通过小组讨论增添课堂的趣味性，并让学生有机会开口练习，将所学运用到实际中



Ⅴ.Summary and homework.(5’)

Invite students to summary what we have learned in this class,and set the homework.

学生自己总结所学，对本课知识有个整体的把握

让学生自己总结知识点，培养学生归纳总结的能力，并通过作业进行课后巩固



五、教学策略选择



在教学过程中熟练使用信息化工具，运用丰富的图片，并利用实物，如磁带、播放器、各种文具等，并在设置游戏情境，利用凳子以及盒子来表现方位。在教学过程中设置男女生竞赛，让学生积极地学，并认识到团队合作的重要性。在游戏及竞赛环节时，我准备了一些小礼品，可以鼓励学生更加积极地参与进来。



六、教学评价设计



男女分组竞赛，写出最多的正确的单某某的小组将获得奖品鼓励。

积极参与游戏，能够根据物品的位置说出对应的英语表达的可获得奖品鼓励。

完成练习及听力，请同学回答，全班一起核对答案。

九、教学反思



我在本节课中安排了较多的游戏互动，所以整堂课学生的学习积极性很高，参与活动以及回答问题都很主动。课中设计的练习因为是基于听力材料，在课本上已有听力活动的基础上，虽能进一步加强学生对听力中句型的练习，但却过于单一，且稍显重复，课后学生表示想做些其他能力提升方面的练习。

因课中设计了游戏环节，绝大部分学生都很积极，但部分参与的学生对于所运用的单某某句型的了解仍需巩固，游戏固然有趣，但知识仍需千锤百炼才能在运用时更加轻松。
