学情分析

学生通过上个课时的听说学习,谈论音乐和电影的类型和喜好,复习了定语从句的用法,对学习和理解这篇文章打下一定的基础。

学会理解并使用that,which,who 引导的定语从句;用定语从句完整表达自己对音乐和电影的喜好;

教学策略与设计说明

1. 要求学生从文章中找出不同的电影类型及提及的电影名称;2引导学生关注文章中的细节;3根据短文的信息,填表格,结合自己的实际回答问题,学会灵活运用所学的定语从句;

Answer these questions:

Review some words;comedies, dramas, documentaries; action movie, horror movie;



2. skip reading

Ask them to circle movie names

Talk about the answers

Learn to find some useful informations



3. read the passage carefully;

Explain some useful expressions;and explain attributive clauses if necessary;

Read carefully and understand the struture of the passage ;

Help them to understand the passage quickly



4 . read again ;

Explain some useful things

Fill in th e forms

Get the students to understand the passage better;



5. discussion

Ask them to talk about the movies they like and dislike;

Use the forms to retell the passage;

Get them to know and think about the structure of the passage



6. sum up

Useful expressions

Write down something useful;

Get them to remember some useful expressions;
