教材分析

本模块的话题围绕动物展开，通过介绍生活在不同地区的动物，让学生热爱和保护动物。

Unit1听说课，是本模块的第一课时,要求学生能够运用一般现在时单数第三人称的肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句及其回答的句子结构围绕不同动物的生活习性进行听说活动。

Unit2本模块的第2-3课时,要求学生能够理解关于动物的文章，能够运用第三人称单数写出小组成员最喜欢的动物的小短文并能做出汇报。

Unit3复习单元，是通过练习和活动，对学生在Unit1和Unit2中所学的动物方面的基本词汇、一般现在时第三人称单数的陈述句、疑问句及其回答等知识进行复习和巩固；同时通过做一张自己喜爱的动物的海报的形式考查学生的语言应用能力，帮助学生能更为透彻地理解、更为准确运用所学知识。





学情分析

本单元以“动物”为话题，是孩子比较感兴趣的话题，有利于激发学生的学习兴趣。在本模块的学习过程中，学生能够学习关于动物的词汇和知识，通过检索动物的信息，学生也能拓展在物种和地理方面的知识。本模块的语法项目是一般现在时单数第三人称肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句及其回答。基于上一模块的学习，学生对于一般现在时的使用有了初步的了解。本模块将对一般现在时进行进一步的学习，有了之前的基础，学生对本模块的知识应该不难掌握。





模块教学目标

1.语言知识目标：

通过本模块的学习能够掌握与动物相关的词汇和短语，能够正确运用一般现在时单数第三人称肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句及其回答。

2.语言技能目标：

能听懂介绍动物的对话，并在听力中找出细节信息；能谈论并介绍动物；能读懂介绍动物的文章，并能找出文中相关细节信息；能描写自己喜欢的动物；能向同学展示自己介绍动物的作品。

3.文化意识与情感态度：

了解常见动物在英语国家中的文化含义，通过学习各种表示动物的词汇提高对英语的兴趣和英语学习的积极性，并培养学生热爱动物的情感和增强保护动物的意识。

Unit 1 Does it eat meet ?





教材分析

本单元是一节听说课，是本模块的第一课时。本课时要求学生能够运用一般现在时单数第三人称的肯定句、否定句、一般疑问句及其回答的句子结构围绕不同动物的生活习性进行听说活动。





课时教学目标

1. 语言知识目标:

1)能听懂有关动物方面的简单词汇。

2)了解主语为第三人称单数的词形变化。

3)掌握一般现在时第三人称单数的一般疑问句及肯定与否定回答。

2．语言技能目标：

1）能听懂有关介绍动物的对话，并能在听的过程中找出细节信息。

2）能对有关动物的话题进行简单谈论。

3. 情感态度目标：

引导学生增强爱护动物，保护自然环境的意识。

Step1:Warming-up

Task1: Watch a video about animals. Ask students a question: What animals can you see?

Task2:Students say the names of animals as many as possible.







Step2: Presentation

Task3: Learn some new words about the names of the animals with pictures.

Task4: Students ask and answer their favorite animals like this:

S1: What's your favorite animal?

S2: I like ..., and/but they are....

pandas, lions, monkeys, elephants...

Task5: Talk about pictures of animals:
