“It”的基本用法

一、表示时间、天气、距离、自然现象、环境情况等

1. It is windy today.

今天是有风的。

2. It is ten o'clock now.

现在十点钟。

3. It is twenty miles from our scool.

离我们学校二十里。

4. It is dirty.

很脏。

二、常用句型

1.It is +adj/n +for sb to do sth. 做...对某人来说...

It is my duty for us to help the old.

帮助老人是我们的责任。

It is important for us to learn English well.

对我们来说学好英语很重要。

2.It is +adj + of sb to do sth. 做...对某人来说...

（表示情感态度的形容词，即对一个人的评价，如：good, nice, kind, careful, careless, polite, impolite, bad, foolish, clever ......）

It is foolish of you to make such a mistake.

犯那样的错误，你真是愚蠢。

It is impolite of you to treat an old man.

那样对待一个老人是不礼貌的。

3.It is no use/good doing sth. 干...是没有用的

It is no good doing so many bad things.

做那么多坏事是没有好处的。

4.It is said/reported/believe that ...

据说、据报道、据相信

It is said that a famous singer died yesterday evening.

据说一个歌星昨晚死了。

5. It is time to do sth/for sth

It is time that+过去时 该干...的时候了

It is time to have lunch.

该吃午餐的时候了。

It is time for school.

该上学的时候了。

6. It seems /seemed that... 似乎、好像

It seems that he is ill.

他好像生病了。

7. It took/takes ... to do sth

花费时间、金钱去做某事

It took us three months to learn English.

花费了我们三个月时间学习英语。

It took $300 to buy the new coat.

买这件大衣花了三百美元。

8. It is not until ... that 直到...才

It is not until I left that I realized my mistake.

直到我离开才意识到自己的错误。

9. It is +时间段 +since +过去时

It has been + 时间段+since +过去时 自从...

It is 10 years since I knew him.

自从我认识他已经十年了。

It has been ten years since he stayed here.

自从他呆在这儿，已经10年了。

10. It is not long before...

It won't be long before... 不用多久...

It is not long before they will find their mistakes.

不用多久他们就会发现自己的错误。

It won't be long before they feel regret.

不用多久他们会后悔的。

11. find/think/feel it adj/n + to do sth

发现/认为/感觉做...怎么样（it做形式宾语）

I find it difficult to learn English for me.

我发现学英语很困难。

I think it our duty to help the old.

我认为帮助老人是我们的责任。

12. 强调结构：强调句子的某一部分（通常是主语、 宾语、状语）

It is/was + 强调部分+that（强调时间（句子缺少 介词时某某when）、地点、原因和其他）

It is/was + 强调部分+who/whom（强调人，强调主语用who，宾语用whom）

It is Weixian that you were born in.

魏县是你出生的地方。

It is on Sunday that I met my teacher.

星期天我遇见了老师。

It is he who helps me.

是他帮助了我。

It is her whom I met last week.

上个星期我遇见的是她。
