Unit 5 the Power of Nature Reading AN EXCITING JOB
What do you think of the title? An exciting job means the job can make you feel _____.

So in this class, we can not only find out the reason why the job of the writer is exciting, but also you can do your own exciting job with your great effort.
Before the text, let’s read a story, and try to guess who she is.
She is a lovely girl whose mother died when she was young. Her father married a new wife. The stepmother(继母) brought two elder sisters who treated her badly. She did so much housework that her face and clothes were dirty all the time.
Then one day, the prince invited all the girls in the country to the palace to join in the dance party. However, her stepmother didn’t allow her to take part.
Luckily, her fairy godmother(神仙教母) appeared, who used magic to turn her into a pretty princess with a pair of shining glass shoes. She fell in love with the prince and lived together happily forever.
Cinderella
As we all know, if Cinderella wants to become a princess, she needs the shining glass shoes and clothes. Besides, what she needs best is her kindness and courage.
As we all know, our college entrance examination paper is difficult for us to deal with, but in my opinion, we can learn all the ability to solve the problems from our ordinary text.
So , my teaching aim is to help you find effective ways from the text to solve the difficulties in your exam papers.
