Elias’ story
Elias was a poor black worker . However, because he had no passbook , he was worried that he would become out of work. Therefore, he asked Mandela for help, who told him how to get correct papers. In return for his help, Elias joined the ANC Youth League and helped Mandela blow up some government buildings.
