这节课将要讲的是过去进行时态。因为之前学生已经学习了一般现在时、现在进行时、一般过去时,所以这个时态对于学生来说并不是很难的。让学生在一个轻松快乐的环境中很好的掌握好此时态是我的目标。所以我针对教学内容,设计了一系列的活动,让整个教学内容很好的贯穿于一个个活动中。

一、Teaching outline

Step1 Lead in the new lesson

1. Show some pictures.

  1) T:What are you doing when I enter the classroom?

  2) T: Please look at the pictures on the screen and then tell me what they are doing?

Step2 Show teaching outline

1) Sum up the structure of the past continuous tense.

2) Finish 1c

3) Finish 3

Step3 Study and find out the difficult points on their own.

二. Team work

Step1 Students and teacher interact with each other

 T:Look at the pictures and make up new conversations.

  S1:What were you doing at this time yesterday?

  S2 :I am played football.

S3:You are wrong!

I was playing football at this time yesterday.

Step2. Sum up the structure of the past continuous tense.

Students sum up first and then teacher has a supplement.

四、Do some exercises

1)用所给词的适当形式填空。

① Last night, I saw my friend Amy. It was her birthday and she (have) a party.

② At six o’clock, my brother and I (watch) TV. There was a very good program on.

③ Kangkang ____(play) football at that time yesterday.

2)对划部分提问。

① He was playing the guitar.

② Mary was sitting on the grass.

③ She was playing in the garden at 3 o’clock.
