能够听懂、会说、会用下列句型描述人物特征：

1. She comes from ... She speaks ...

2. She looks ... and ...

3. She likes sports. She can run very fast.

教学准备

1. 教师准备：

(1)Let's learn部分的教学卡片；

(2)Let's talk部分的录音磁带、录音机；

(3)一组人物特征对比明显的图片（如一个又矮又瘦的女子和

一个又高又壮的男子）。

2. 学生准备：

几个朋友的单人照。

新课展示 Part A Let's talk

1. 学习新知

T: Boys and girls, do you know the girl?

Ss: Yes. She is Kitty.

T: Kitty is our friend.

Where does she come from?

T&Ss: She comes from the USA.

She is an American girl.

T: Does she speak English?

Ss: Yes, she does.

T: Wu Chen is talking about her friend

Kitty with Li Na.

Where is Kitty from? Do you know?

Ss: She is from the USA.

T: Is she tall?

T&Ss: Yes. She looks tall and thin.

2. Listen to the tape

T: Can Kitty speak Chinese?

T&Ss: Yes, she can. She can speak a little Chinese.

T: What does she like?

Ss: She likes sports. Sha can run very fast.

T: Do you often play together?

T&Ss: Yes. We often play together

after class.
