教学内容:
PEP(新) 五年级下册 Unit 3 My school calendar Part A Let’s try and let’s talk???
教学目标
能询问及回答节日所在月份。2.能用理解Let’s talk 的大意,能用正确的语音语调朗读对话,并能够进行角色扮演。3.能在语境中运用When is .......?-----It’s in......类似句型来交流相关节日,月份。
4. 能够提高表达能力和语言组织能力,让学生了解中国传统节日及习俗,加强学生热爱祖 国的情感教育。
重难点:
掌握When is ......??? It’s in......的掌握及回答。
能够表演及内化Let’s talk 的交际内容。
学生能够大胆创编和表演有关本课话题的问答。
教学准备:
?多媒体课件,红旗,头饰,卡片。
教学过程:
Step 1 Greeting.
1. Greet to students.
2. Greet to new teachers by “The twelve months”.
Step 2 Dividing groups
Teacher divide students into two groups: Red group and Yellow group. There will be a race between two groups.
Teacher shows the flags to children and tell them about rules : Which group get more flags, Which group is winner.
Step 3 Review seasons
Teacher review seasons by two questions : How many seasons are there in a year?
What are they ?”
Step 4 Present “Let’s try”.
1. Show the picture in “Let’s try” and talk about it .ZhangPeng and Mike are talking about the invitation of the sports meet. Whose parents will come to the sports?
2. Listen and check the answer. If children can answer the question, teacher will ask he/she to stick the flags.
Step 5 Present “Let’s talk”.
1. Listen and answer a question:
How many activities are there?
2. Listen ,watch and and answer a question:
T: When is Easter party?After listening,teacher asks students to answer it.
Ss:It’s in April.
A. Teacher present “April,”“Easter party” and “When is Easter party? It’s in April .”
B.Learn “ April ” and “Easter party”.
C.Learn“When is Easter party? It’s in April .
3. Listen again and find a question:
T:When is school trip?
Ss:It’s in May.
A.Teacher present “May” “school trip” and “When is school trip? It’s in May.”
B. Learn “May ” and “school trip”.
C.Learn “When is school trip? It’s in May.”
4. Present three pictures(sports meet,Easter party,school trip) to draw forth“a few fun things”and teach it.
5. Consolidate the sentences “When is ......? It’s in ......” by reading the the sentences on the blackboard.
6. Read “Let’s talk”after the tape.
7.Read in roles.
A. Read in groups.
B. Act with your partners.
8. Challenge yourselves.
T: Now, this time, your must close your books. Let’s watch the one star’s dialogue.
Step 6 Expand dialogue.
1. Present a calendar of April and May.
T: Which months are they? It’s May and April.
T: There are a few fun things in May and April. What are they?
T: Easter party,sports meet,school trip.....
2. Make a new dialogue .
Step 7 Homework
1.Read the text for 15 minutes and try to remember the new words and sentences.
(熟读课文15分钟,记忆新学词汇和句子。)
2.Act the dialogue out with your partner.
(和同桌一起演一演对话。)
Step 8 Introduce some traditional festivals in China.
T: We should know some traditional festivals and customs in China. We should love our great motherland.
